Bidding: Bidding will be by “total dollars per property” with a minimum of $1000 per bid advancement.
Approval of Bids: Final bid is subject to reserve sales price being met. Auction Company and Auctioneer reserve the right to reject any bids deemed questionable.
Sale Method: Properties will be sold as individual tracts and not combined. All bids are open for advancement until the highest bid is achieved and the auction company announces that bidding is closed. A two minute "soft close" will be utilized so any bid submitted in the final two minutes of the regular auction will cause the auction to be extended for as long as bidding is active. Tracts/Lots 2 and 3 will each close 30 seconds after Tract/Lot 1. Bids in the “soft close” period will extend the bidding of all tracts/lots. The bidding will end once there are no bids submitted for two minutes during the "soft close" period on all tracts/lots.
Earnest Money: A 10% earnest money deposit will be required from the successful bidder when the bidding concludes and a real estate contract is executed. Payment may be in the form of a personal check, company check or wired funds. Funds will be deposited with
